The dribbler, Pascal Siakam, establishes a straight-line path to the basket, and the on-ball defender, Zaccharie Risacher, initiates illegal contact with his body into the body of the dribbler. Contact that affects a dribbler’s speed, quickness, rhythm, and balance as he drives toward the basket is illegal. This is a defensive foul.”
