Team Rebound, no individual rebound as ball goes out of bounds Rebound, defensive rebound of unsuccessful field goal attempt, initial defender does not deliberately tap ball to teammate No Blocked shot, player can’t be credited with block when ball hits own sneaker
“An individual rebound is credited each time a player retrieves a live ball or purposely taps a live ball to a teammate immediately following a missed field goal attempt or a missed free throw attempt. No individual rebound is credited in situations where the whistle stops play before there is player possession following a shot attempt. Instead only a team rebound is credited to the team that gains possession following a stop in play. On this play, #14 in the blue uniform, Gary Harris, is credited with the defensive rebound for controlling the ball since his teammate did not deliberately tap the ball to him.”
