This is an example of a Technical Foul for aggressively approaching an official and prolonged gestures by a player. Players can react to calls with which they disagree, provided the reaction is not overly demonstrative, disrespectful, or prolonged. With this example, following a play at the other end of the floor where the player feels he was fouled, he aggressively approaches an official, overtly demonstrating that he was hit on the arm. This aggressive approach and prolonged gestures violate the guidelines.
