The defensive player, Montrezl Harrell, makes a basketball play, as he tries to block the shot attempt by the offensive player, Rui Hachimura. The contact is correctly ruled a 2-shot foul, and not a flagrant foul, as the contact is neither unnecessary, nor excessive. There is no wind-up, hard impact or follow through by the defender. Again, this is not a Flagrant Foul.”
